     Refund Policy

  • Travelaire Employment Services registration and assessment fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Only processing (customer service, coaching, training and consultations) fees required by the contractor are REFUNDABLE if the applicant was not given the opportunity to be placed in a job overseas.

 

  • Participants can request a refund only within the first 7 days of admission by writing an email or text message or hand delivering a signed and dated letter to our office by the applicant or third party. If a participant prematurely withdraws their application within the first 7 days of admission, the necessary office fees will be deducted before providinga refund.

 

  • Refunds will be completed via bank transfer within 30-60 business days of the original request from the contractor overseas and your name will be removed from the list to process for working in the United States. There will be NO PHYSICAL CASH

      REFUNDS AT OUR OFFICE. 

  • After the first 14 days of admission, if a participant is deemed ineligible or does not meet the criteria of the guidelines provided by our company, we reserve the right to have that applicant remove with refund being conducted within 7-14 business days and we will notify the applicant via email, text or call.

 

  • We asked that all applicants provide banking information to complete the refund process. Payments made in USD may be repaid in JMD at the office exchange rate unless agreed upon otherwise by the management team.

 

  • The applicant will be given Three (3) job placement options in the United States during the processing period and if the applicant ignored these 3 request, they will only be refunded 20% of their fees paid.

 

  • An applicant can request to pause their application or delay for another season due to a death or emergency in the family and it is with the decision of the agency to grant this request or refund fees paid to contractor for placement within 2-3 weeks of request.
